Personalized Support

Prenatal Visits
Individualized education provided between 28-36 weeks in pregnancy. That allows moms to be prepared for the transition to postpartum and newborn care.

Breast Pump Guidance
Individualized education for breast pump selection and settings, custom flange sizing to make milk removal comfortable and efficient.
Education on bottle selection specific for your baby's needs.
Guidance for Infant formula use, preparation, and feeding.

Postpartum Visits
In addition to providing evidence-informed guidance on infant feeding techniques, I also address common challenges such as latch issues, nipple pain, clogged ducts, mastitis, milk supply concerns, introducing complementary foods, weaning, and the emotional aspects of feeding your baby.
In-home and Telehealth Visits
My services are provided in my patients own homes. They don't have to worry about doing anything but unlocking the door, or following the link to their telehealth appointment and letting me help them where they are.
Lactation care is also considered Preventative Care under the Affordable Care Act and I am currently in network with Aetna and Cigna, which means there is no out of pocket cost to these patients. For patients with other insurance providers my care is eligible for 100% reimbursement, and I will submit the receipt to their insurance on their behalf.

Guiding You as Your Feeding Journey Evolves
As our babies grow and change so does the way we feed them. I provide continued education and support during times of transition to promote confidence in making informed decisions that best fit your family. I value guiding families through every stage of their feeding journey, including weaning, with evidence informed practices and that work with developmental milestones to ensure readiness and safety of your baby.
