Empowering Families Through Education
I also offer resources for partners and family members, as I believe that a strong support system is crucial for a successful breastfeeding experience. By including loved ones in the educational process, we can foster a collaborative environment that uplifts and encourages mothers.

Professional Background and Expertise
I am a Registered Nurse (BSN, RN) and International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). Since 2015 I have been providing perinatal care to women in labor and delivery and Provider clinic settings. During my nursing career I have had the honor of being welcomed into the vulnerable, life changing experiences of women becoming moms and growing their families. In these spaces I have learned so many things. One of the greatest concerns that continued to present problems to the women I cared for was the lack of opportunities for women to become educated by reliable, credible sources about the changes of their bodies. As well as feeding and caring for their babies. That is when my plans for The Breast Nurse services started to develop, I knew I needed to be the nurse that filled this void for women in our Valley. I knew I needed to bring this service to them. In their homes, where they are raising their families and learning to be moms.

The Breast Nurse Philosophy and Vision
To provide evidence-informed breastfeeding education in an accessible and barrier free format that empowers women to seek education and knowledge. Ensuring that they are able to pass on the sacred way of guiding other women, fostering a community where mothers feel supported, informed, and empowered to make the best choices for their families.
